Ultra Tribe is an online retailer of apparel and lifestyle products offered at great values to the consumer. Membership allows customers to purchase a variety of products. Upon placing an order, Ultratribe.com shall ship the product to you and be entitle to its payment for the service.

Additionally, we may provide you with information about other services, we consider similar to those that you are either already using, or have enquired about, or that may interest you or any combination thereof. Upon registering with us, We may contact you by electronic means (i.e. either e-mail or SMS or telephone or any combination thereof) to inform about these services.

Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the items. Your items may vary slightly from those images. All sizes and measurements of items are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are accurate as possible. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of items are as accurate as possible.

Pricing

We ensure that all details of prices appearing on the website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. The products available on the website are for retail sales, intended for end user consumption and is in no away available for resale.

Additionally, prices for items may change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. The price of an item includes VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller. Please note that the prices listed on the website are only applicable for items purchased on the website and not through any other source.

Payment

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. Delivery

You will be given various options for delivery of items during the order process. The options available to you will vary depending on where you are ordering from. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the order summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail and SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.

Welcome to the terms and conditions ("Terms") for Ultra Tribe. These Terms are between you and Ultra Tribe Fabric And Apparel and/or its affiliates ("Ultra Tribe" or "Us") and govern our respective rights and obligations. Please note that your use of the Ultratribe.com website and subscription to Ultra Tribe membership are also governed by all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the Ultratribe.com website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. If you sign up for a Ultra Tribe membership, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements.

FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS (Shipped within India)

The Return & Exchange for orders is only valid if the buyer raises a request at any of our customer service handles( email, call or social media) within 7 days of receiving the product. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of the order, unfortunately, we would not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Return/Exchange Policy

  1. We only exchange or refund for those products which are defective, damaged or wrong product(size, design, colour) has been sent to the buyer.
  2. The item must be unused and in the same condition that the buyer received it. Also, it must be in the original packaging.
  3. In any case, the buyer doesn’t like the right product we have sent, the buyer only holds the right to exchange. We don’t return or do refunds for the right products delivered.
  4. In case we don’t feel the product is in the same condition as the buyer received it, Ultra Tribe holds the right to reject the return. In such cases, the buyer has to bear shipping costs.

  1. To return the product, the buyer shall contact our customer support team for mailing details and share the pictures of the packaging, product inside & the invoice for the request to process further. 
  2. The buyer must record a video while unwrapping the package and click pictures of the packages. 
  3. If we are unable to pick up the return/exchange order from the buyer’s address, in that case the buyer is liable to send us the order. 
  4. Your order may take 20-30  days to get delivered in case of an exchange request, depending on the availability of the product. 

Return Charges

We only accept free exchange for defective, damaged or wrong products(size, design). For any reason other than these, return shipping charges are applicable.  Reach out to us at ultratribeapparels@gmail.com for any assistance. 

  1. Return for one t-shirt will cost Rs 200. Every additional t-shirt in the parcel will cost Rs 100 per piece.
  2. Return for one hoodie will cost Rs 300. Every additional hoodie in the parcel will cost Rs 200 per piece. 

If we are unable to pick up the return/exchange order from the buyer’s address and the buyer mails us the order, in that case only Rs 100 will be charged for one side shipping. 

Above mentioned charges are applicable post-dispatch whether or not the buyer accepts the order as we only dispatch the order after taking a confirmation call from the buyer. 

If the buyer cancels the order before the package is dispatched from our warehouse, no charges are applicable in that case.  

Return/exchange charges must be paid by the buyer on receiving the package. 

Refund Policy

  1. Returned products are subject to inspection and approval by our team – if products or the packaging are found to be damaged, the order will not be considered eligible for a refund.
  2. If the returned product is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment or bank details provided by the buyer, within 7 days of approval from our team. The buyer will have to share the bank details in case of a COD order.  
  3.  Return and refund requests will not be accepted for orders that applied an offer code on checkout at the time of purchase. 
  4. Any and all refunds are approved or rejected at the discretion of the team Ultra Tribe. 

Shipping Policy

  1. The buyer may or may not be liable to pay the shipping costs for returning the items as mentioned above under the ‘Return charges’ section. 
  2. Ultra Tribe does not take any responsibility for goods damaged, lost or stolen in transit. If we do not receive the item as per our Returns and Refunds Policy, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  4. If the buyer does not accept the order in two consecutive attempts, we will reject all the orders in the future. 
  5. Depending on where the buyer lives, the time the exchanged product takes to get delivered may vary.
  6. If the buyer is shipping an item worth more than Rs 2000, it’s suggested to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Track the Order

Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse and is on its way, the order Id and tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp. To track the parcel, simply click on the link and feed in your tracking id.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Shipped Outside India)

The Return & Exchange for international orders is only valid if the buyer raises a request within 15 days of receiving the product. If 15 days have gone by since the delivery of the order, unfortunately, we would not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchange & Return Policy

  1. In case, the buyer receives the wrong design, colour, size or item, then we will bear the cost for shipping and return. 
  2. If the buyer returns/exchanges the product because he/she changed his/her mind about it or feels it’s not their cup of tea, then shipping and return charges will be borne by the buyer.  
  3. The item must be unused and in the same condition that the buyer received it. Also, it must be in the original packaging.
  4. In case we don’t feel the product is in the same condition as the buyer received it, Ultra Tribe holds the right to reject the return/refund. 

The procedure of Return/Exchange

  1. The buyer must send us pictures of the packaging, product inside & the invoice at any of the following to initiate the return/exchange request:

  1. After the return/exchange request is processed, the buyer shall mail us the product in the original packaging to the address mentioned on the package. 
  2. Depending on where the buyer lives, the time the exchanged product takes to get delivered may vary.

Who pays for the return?

If the buyer would like to change the item as he/she changes their mind about it or don’t like it, he/she will be responsible for paying the shipping charges for the return. However, in case of an exchange, the shipping cost for the delivery of the product will be on us. 

If the buyer requests a refund, shipping costs will be deducted as they are non-refundable. In case the buyer returns an item due to an error on our part, he/she will get full credit for the shipping cost.

If the buyer is shipping an item worth more than $100, it’s suggested to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

When and how will the refund be received?

When the returned product reaches our office, the product will be inspected. 

If the returned product is approved, the refund will be processed immediately. The credit may reflect in the PayPal wallet of the buyer within 15 working days.  

International refunds happen only via Paypal.  

What should be done if the order is not delivered within 7-21 working days?

If your order has not arrived within 21 working days, please contact our customer service at ultratribeapparels@gmail.com or call us at +91 8920068434(Monday-Friday, 12 pm - 6 pm - IST) for assistance.

How will the order be delivered?

We have two processes for international delivery, depending upon where the order is being delivered. 

Express shipping: The order is delivered to the buyer’s doorsteps within 7-21 working days. Please allow extra days for delivery during Indian holidays, national holidays and festival rush. 

Local Post: The order will be delivered to the buyer’s local post office within 2-8 weeks. When the order arrives at the local Post Office, the buyer will be notified and they can collect the parcel. 

What about the customs fee? 

The customers do not have to worry about the customs fee. Ultra Tribe takes care of all the taxes and duties that we have to pay for international deliveries. However, if there are any additional value-added taxes in the buyer’s country/state that will be borne by the buyer. 

 

How to track the order?

Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse and is on its way, the order Id and tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp. To track the parcel, simply click on the link and feed in your tracking id.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

In case the buyer can’t locate the tracking email, they can check their spam or junk folder. Customers can also always send an email to ultratribeapparels@gmail.com we will be happy to help.
