Return and Exchange Policy

  • Our Return & Exchange policy lasts for 7-14 working days. If 72 Hours have gone by since the delivery of the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • The return or exchange request must be raised within 72 hours of receiving the order in case the wrong/damaged order is received. 
  • To be eligible for a Return or Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Also, it must be in the original packaging.
  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or there is a size issue. 
  • Make sure to make a video while opening the parcel incase of any damage or if the seal is broken.

  • To process your return or exchange procedure, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or invoice.
  • Your order may take 15-20 days to get delivered in case of an exchange request, depending on the availability of the product.

  • Procedure of Refund
  • Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by our team – if products or the packaging are found to be damaged the order will not be considered eligible for a full refund, the customer may be offered a partial refund.
  • If the returned product is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. You’ll have to share your bank details in case of a COD order.

  • In case of a Return and Refund request for a T-shirt, INR 200 will be deducted on your refund. 
  • In case of a Return and Refund request for a Hoodie, INR 300 will be deducted on your refund. 
  • In case a wrong product is delivered or the order is defected/damaged from our end, no extra delivery fee will be charged in case of an exchange request. If requested for a refund INR 200 will be deducted.
  • Return and refund requests will not be accepted for orders that applied an offer code on checkout at the time of purchase. 
  • In case, the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
  • Any and all refunds are approved or rejected at the discretion of Ultratribe.

  • To return your product, you may contact our customer support team for mailing details.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Ultratribe does not take any responsibility for goods damaged, lost or stolen in transit. If we do not receive the item as per our Returns and Refunds Policy, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • If a customer does not accept the order in two consecutive attempts, we’ll reject all the orders in the future.  
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
