Return and Exchange Policy

  • Our Return & Exchange policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • The return or exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • To be eligible for a Return or Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or there is a size issue.

  • To process your return or exchange procedure, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or invoice.

     Procedure of Refund


    • Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by our team – if products or the packaging are found to be damaged the order will not be considered eligible for a full refund, the customer may be offered a partial refund.
    • If the returned product is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You’ll have to share your bank details in case of a COD order. 
    • In case, the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
    • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
    • Any and all refunds are approved or rejected at the discretion of Ultratribe. 

       Shipping Policy


      • To return your product, you may contact our customer support team for mailing details.
      • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Ultratribe does not take any responsibility for goods damaged, lost or stolen in transit. If we do not receive the item as per our Returns and Refunds Policy, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
      • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
      • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
      • If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

      • Special Terms and Condition During The Covid Pandemic


        • In case of a Return and Refund request INR 200 will be deducted on your refund. 
        • In case of an Exchange request INR 200 will be charged for the second delivery.
        • In case a wrong product is delivered or the order is defected/damaged from our end, no extra delivery fee will be charged in case of an exchange request otherwise INR 200 will be deducted from the refund.
